1  lb Whole Wheat Linguine
Sauce
1  Medium Yellow Onionchopped
6  Count Garlic Cloveschopped
3  tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
26  oz Minced Clams in Can
0.5  cups Butter Substitute
1  tbsp White Wine Vinegar
Garnish
1   Fresh Parsley

Directions

  1. Salt Water and bring to a boil. Cook pasta to package instructions
  2. In a large skillet add the oil and saute the onions and garlic until translucent.

  4. Add reserved juice and rest of ingredients to pot.
  5. Optionally add a cup or two of starchy pasta water to pan.
