Ingredients
6 count large eggs |
Directions
- Fill a pot with a couple of inches of water. Cover the pot and set the heat to high.
- Once the water reaches a boil, place a steaming basket with 6 eggs into the pot. Reduce the heat to medium-low.
- Steam the eggs for 13 minutes.
- Transfer the eggs to a food storage container filled with an ice bath. Let them chill for 15 minutes.
- With the lid on the container, shake it about 40 times to crack the eggshells.
- Peel the eggs and enjoy.
Notes:
- If you try to smush more eggs in a smaller pot, it may take longer for the eggs to fully cook. Also, they won't peel away as easily. Best to limit it.
